nDUSTRIALIZE™ PROCESS
Proprietary collaborative approach to identify project specific needs, identify the appropriate technology, field test and integrate the selected technology on an industrial scale. This innovative concept leads to a solutions based approach to technology sourcing and if necessary, development.
Based on years of project experience, this system allows for the identification of potential issues when it comes to raw material environmental compliance, international logistics, on-site health & safety, application parameters, marketing claims and other factors that are critical to the commercialization process.
Phase 1, Step 1 | Project Overview Meeting
Collaborative introductory discussions outlining the end users corporate operations and project scope, as well as the nSTRATA™ corporate capabilities presentation outlining technologies and project history.
Phase 1, Step 2 | Technical Specification & Protocol Meeting
Project decision makers mutually agree upon performance objectives and a quantitative evaluation process. Details of the meeting agenda and the information to be gathered can be viewed by clicking here.
Phase 1, Step 3 | Prototype Development & Proof of Concept
nSTRATA™ conducts literature review, product platform testing and if necessary development - to conduct and in-house proof of concept and substrate compatibility evaluation.
Phase 2, Step 1 | On-site Prototype & Quantitative Evaluation
Product is testing on an industrial scale, according to the mutually agreed upon process outlined during Phase 1, Step 2 and measured against the already defined performance objectives.
Phase 2, Step 2 | Prototype Review & Modification
nSTRATA™ prepares a field testing report of technical performance and project data points. Formulation adjustments may be identified and made for re-evaluation purposes or the prototype is approved for integration.
Phase 3, Step 1 | Prototype Formulation Completion
Final compliance review, including but not limited to import/export regulations and SDS/TDS creation. Formula is approved for industrial scale production, including QA/QC and stability verification.
Phase 3, Step 2 | Product Integration & Optimization
nSTRATA™ actively participates in the industrial scale technology implementation, then works with end users to optimize performance and associated costs - serving as a long-term turnkey surface science partner.
