This particular market segment represents approximately 52% of the global nSTRATA™ business portfolio and is described as - substrates, outside of the OEM sector, which require some level of on-site surface cleaning and/or pretreatment prior to the application of an nCOAT™ or mCOAT™ multi-functional coating material.

Market diversification is equally divided into 4 sub-markets:

• Fleet & Infrastructure: Protecting valuable vehicles, heavy equipment, bridges, tunnels and other valuable assets from degradation and rendering them easy-to-clean through reductions in chemicals and associated labour.

• Sustainable Energy: Self-cleaning, easy-to-clean and scratch resistance coatings for photovoltaic solar cells and heliostat farms.

• Mining (Oil/Gas): Closed loop systems for the treatment of on-site waste water, environmentally responsible industrial cleaning chemicals and the functional coatings for improved protection and cleanability for fleet vehicles including heavy haulers.

• Industrial Processes: Various projects that all outside of the above mentioned categories that require the unique properties of the nCOAT™ and mCOAT™ product platforms.
